Welcome to Palmancy. By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What we provide

Palmancy uses artificial intelligence to generate a palm reading from photographs of your hands. The Service is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not advice of any kind — medical, psychological, financial, legal, or otherwise — and should not be relied upon for any decision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using Palmancy you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who handles billing, applicable taxes (VAT/GST), and receipts. Your purchase is subject to their terms in addition to ours. Prices are shown at checkout in the listed currency.

4. Refunds

Because each reading is generated and delivered immediately, sales are generally final. If your analysis failed to generate or you were charged in error, contact us at support@palmancy.com and we will review your case.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the photos you upload and confirm you have the right to upload them. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, or any unlawful content. You retain ownership of your photos; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide your reading.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service or its output.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palmancy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
