This Privacy Policy explains how Palmancy ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service. We take the privacy of your hand photographs seriously.

1. Information we collect

• Hand photographs you upload, in order to generate your reading.
• Account data (email address) if you sign in.
• Reading results generated from your photos.
• Usage and device data (e.g. analytics, IP-derived region) to operate and improve the Service.

Payment details are collected and processed directly by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your full card details.

2. Hand photos & sensitive data

Your hand photographs are used only to produce your palm reading. We do not use them to identify you, and we do not sell them. Where your photos may be considered sensitive personal data under your local law, our legal basis for processing is your explicit consent, given when you upload them.

3. How we use your information

• To generate, deliver, and let you revisit your reading.
• To process payments (via Lemon Squeezy) and provide support.
• To maintain security and improve the Service.

4. Retention & deletion

We retain your photos and results for as long as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your photos, results, and account at any time by emailing support@palmancy.com. We will delete the data unless we are legally required to retain it.

5. Your rights (GDPR & similar)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@palmancy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service — for example our AI provider (Google) to process your photos, our hosting and database provider, our analytics provider, and our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). We do not sell your personal data.

7. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the Service and, where you consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or any consent banner we present.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
